The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree with the specialization in Organizational Leadership provides seamless transfer for students who have undergraduate college credit or have obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) from a regional junior college. The program can be completed in three semesters and one summer, depending on previous semester credit hours accumulated. Most undergraduate courses will be accepted for transfer.
There are two concentrations within the BAS in Organizational Leadership: Healthcare Management and Sports Management.
The BAS in Organizational Leadership may also be completed at the individual student’s pace upon acceptance into the Competency-Based Education program.
BAS Organizational Leadership Student Learning Outcomes (SLO)
- Students will be able to develop an organizational leadership plan.
- Students will be able to effectively complete financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- The targeted level of performance for this outcome is 80% of students to achieve a score of 3 or 4 for “Language” on the rubric for evaluating the organizational leadership plan in MGTR 3322 or MGTA 3322.
