The MEd General is designed to allow students to choose a specialization that is built upon a foundation of four core courses in education. Students work with the program coordinator to select their areas of specialization. Students may select graduate level courses in any academic discipline.
Students work with the program coordinator to select their area of interest among all academic disciplines that offer graduate courses. Specializations will vary for each student. All coursework requires approval of the major advisor and must be completed within a six-year period.

Required Core Courses: 12 Credits
Area of Specialization
Students may select 18 hours of graduate level courses in any academic discipline as their area of specialization.
Notes:
Students must have a 3.0 GPA to graduate with no grade lower than a C.
Students will select the 18 credits to complete the 30 credits degree program.
Comprehensive Exam required for graduation.
Most courses are online, depending upon the discipline selected.
