The undergraduate English program provides accessible and life-changing education through literature, theory, and writing courses. Its curriculum establishes a foundation of knowledge and skills then deepens students’ abilities in English studies. The English coursework is offered in either residential or remote platforms and is known for its small class sizes and pedagogical approaches.

Take one advanced British and one advanced American literature course.

Students must choose two ENGL electives at the 2000-, 3000- or 4000-level.

Students must take 18 credit hours in their chosen minor field.
