CRIM 2360 - Intro to Cybercrime Credit Hours: 3 Contact Hours Lecture: 3 Contact Hours Lab: 0
Students will explore the history and current state of computer-related crime. Beginning with an exploration of the development of ARPANET and progressing to the interweb and social media, ethical and criminal violations at home and in the workplace. Students will discuss current federal and state laws regarding cybercrime and identify crimes. An introduction to investigative methods and security protocols are also studied.
