This course covers key topics the reasons why some countries are wealthy while others remain poor, the causes of unemployment and inflation, and the business cycles. It also discusses how monetary and fiscal policies can foster stable economic growth and low inflation, focusing on important macroeconomic aggregates such as the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), interest rate, unemployment rate, and inflation rate.
