This course is an introduction to managerial accounting concepts. Students explore accounting from an internal decision making perspective. Topics include cost behavior, budgeting and planning, financial statement analysis, and management decision-making. The course introduces product cost identification and allocation, as well as tools such as cost-volume-profit analysis to support management decision-making. (BBA Core Course).
