MGTR 4350 - Project Management

Study of concepts and techniques for the management of various types of projects including product development engineering construction and science and technology projects. Students will develop planning skills including scope definition scheduling cost-estimating and risk assessment. The course will also help in developing skill in support of project leadership team building and communication.
