Basic and intermediate swimming techniques will be taught and practiced in the pool. Basic water safety procedures and the development of health-related fitness through swimming are examined.

Prerequisites: Must be 15+ years of age, able to swim 50 yards and tread water (or float) for 1 minute.
Equivalencies: KES 1158 (through Summer 2022)
