Students will explore a comprehensive overview of practices within law enforcement administration. The history of law enforcement administration, the evolution of professional policing, as well as current issues and trends will be addressed. Emphasis will be places on issues related to human resource administration and the leadership skills required to successfully manage a law enforcement agency.
