An Analysis of ethical dilemmas in the criminal justice system. An exploration into situational ethics relating to practices in Criminal Justice system. This course will address many ethical scenarios encountered by law enforcement, prosecutors, court officers, and corrections staff in the performance of their duties. Students will develop an understanding of the moral and ethical issues as well as how these dilemmas are resolved.
