A Specialized course, which will focus on the theories of American justice. Attention will be paid to the structure of the U.S. justice system. A portion of the course will cover the role of each judicial element Federal, State and Local Courts. Students should expect some exposure to case briefs and legal research. (Required for CJ Masters)
