This course addresses issues related to how emerging technologies challenge existing legal paradigms; how countries regulate criminality across political boundaries; what the new paradigm means for individual rights and privacy; and how law enforcement is evolving to meet the demands of the modern world. This course includes an in-depth analysis of case law and various statues related to cyber intrusions, data theft, and crimes against persons.
