The Agriculture curriculum is designed to be a broad-based student-centered program that prepares students with marketable technical skills within the agricultural field for careers in business, industry, education, and government.

The Sustainable Ranch Managment concentration emphasizes specialized coursework in several broad areas that are needed to be a successful ranch manager. The degree empahsizes hands on learning for the person that will be the on the ground decision maker on a ranch including ranch managment, agribusiness, range managment, wildlife management, construction, and animal science.
