Welcome to Case College!
The Jimmy D. Case College of Literature, Arts, and Social Sciences was formed in 2022 in order to create a college distinctly focused on the humanities, arts, and social sciences. The Case College exists to meet the needs of the university, to complement other academic units, and to help students realize personal, professional, and vocational objectives. In addition to offering required undergraduate and graduate courses for its majors, minors, and certificate programs, the departments and programs in the college offer courses for the core curriculum in general education, provide course support for other programs, and develop innovative elective units. Faculty and staff in Case College pride themselves in being student-centered and service oriented. As scholars and practitioners of the humanities, arts, and social sciences, our mission is to further the asking and answering of philosophical and socially impacting questions and to work toward solving complex problems. We hope to create and maintain friendly and open environments conducive to intellectual growth and socially and cultural awareness. Case College sees this all as points of the ongoing journey toward educational enlightenment and professional opportunity. We hope you allow us to join you on this exciting academic adventure!
With warm regards,
Dean Laura Payne, Ph.D.
