This course examines the key responsibilities of human resource management, focusing on the tasks managers perform to build and support an effective workforce. Topics include workforce planning, compensation, performance evaluation, benefits, employee development, discipline, promotions, and job assignments. Students also explore legal and ethical considerations, including employment law, privacy, record-keeping, and policy implementation. Through real-world applications, the course prepares students to navigate HR challenges and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and managing talent in any organization.
