A Course required for certification which provides a minimum of 50 clock hours of field experience in the principalship in a T.E.A. accredited public private or parochial school. Students will create and implement a professional development plan to address a problem relating to student achievement on their campus. Students will serve in a leadership role in conducting the professional development and in the change process. Students will create a plan that highlights the professional development its implementation and monitoring and report on its success. This course must be taken with EDUC/EDSR 6324.
