Topics include cost behavior, budgeting, performance measurement, and strategic financial analysis. Emphasis is placed on using financial and non-financial data to improve business efficiency and profitability. Students will develop skills in analyzing financial statements, cost structures, and investment decisions to support management objectives. Case studies and real-world applications are integrated to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. (MBA Core Course).
