This course provides an in-depth study of federal taxation as it applies to business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships. Topics include tax compliance, planning strategies, entity selection considerations, and the impact of taxation on business decisions. Students will analyze tax laws, apply tax research methods, and evaluate case studies to develop an understanding of tax implications in business operations. Ethical and legal considerations are also explored to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
